Every tub leaves our kitchen fresh, made in small batches and prepared specifically for your order. Because our products are frozen and perishable, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please take a moment to review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we want to know immediately. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and we will make it right.

Quality Concerns
If you have a genuine concern about the quality of your order, reach out within 24 hours of delivery. Every concern is taken seriously and reviewed individually.

Refunds
Refunds are issued for damaged, incorrect, or defective orders once reviewed and approved, and are processed to the original payment method.
