Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and returns are not accepted after delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather, operational requirements, and delivery location.

As our products are frozen and perishable, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order and that the products are transferred to the freezer immediately upon delivery. Gelataio cannot be held responsible for any loss of product quality resulting from delays in receiving the order or failure to follow proper storage instructions.
