At Gelataio, every order is shock frozen before it leaves our kitchen, locking in texture and freshness at their peak. Orders are packed with ice for delivery and should be transferred to the freezer immediately upon arrival.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver across Greater Beirut. As we continue to grow, additional delivery areas may become available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on traffic, weather, order volume, and operational requirements.

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Receiving Your Order

Because our products are frozen and perishable, someone should be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Once your order arrives, place the products in the freezer immediately to preserve their quality and texture.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, incorrect delivery information was provided, or the customer cannot be reached, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Gelataio is not responsible for any loss of product quality resulting from failed delivery attempts, delays caused by incorrect customer information, or failure to freeze the products promptly after delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and include photographs where applicable. Our team will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
